Whole Animal Harvest and

Custom Processing

Priced at a flat rate per pound of rail weight. No surprises. No hidden fees.

Beef: $1.43 per pound

Beef have a minimum hang-time of 14 days.

Pork: $1.50 per pound

Curing and Smoking - $2.00 per pound. We do our own curing and smoking of pork products. This charge is calculated from the cut weight of the bacons and hams.

Lamb/Goat: $3.15 per pound
